How Custom Order Pickup Works

1. Tell us what you're looking for.

Complete the Request a Custom Order form at the bottom of our "Order Online" page with your preferred cuts and quantities.

2. We'll confirm the details.

We'll check availability, confirm pricing, and arrange a convenient pickup time and location based on our upcoming market and event schedule.

3. We'll bring your beef.

Your beef will be vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed in an insulated bag. We'll keep it in our dry ice cooler until you arrive for pickup.
